Are Pilgrim oils & blends 100% Pure therapeutic grade ?
Yes. We use Pilgrim essential Oils everyday ourselves, with our kids, dogs, and families. Needless to say, quality is of crucial importance to us too. All of Pilgrim’s Oils are 100% pure therapeutic grade, free of any additives, adulterants, fillers, synthetics, and dilutions. They are of the best quality and certified by ECOCERT. Quality tests made on our oils include the following:
(GC-MS) Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (components are separated and identified)
Densitometry (light-sensitivity)
Flashpoint (check for contamination or adulteration)
Optical Rotation (rotation of the plane of polarization)
Organoleptic Testing (transfer of taste or odor to packaging)

What comes with the Pilgrim warranty?
All our oils and diffusers come with a 1 year warranty! If you have a quality issue with one of our products we will be happy to replace or refund it.
We have full confidence in our products and so we also offer free returns. Simply return your opened or unopened bottles for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. We pay the cost of return shipping too.
Why is Pilgrim cheaper than MLM brands ?
MLM Brands are expensive by model. Up to half of the price of purchasing MLM Essential Oils & Blends goes to MLM advocates. These MLM advocates are expensive and thus make essential oils more expensive for you. In fact, you’re paying twice the price you should when buying Essential Oils from an MLM.
They’ll tell you that you’re paying for quality but you’re actually paying for the MLM structure.
This is why we created Pilgrim. Pilgrim is sold directly from our website and delivered to your door. We sell directly to you which means we can have the same high quality essential oils but sell them at a cheaper price because we are passing on the savings directly to you.
Are Pilgrim Essential Oils organic?
Pilgrim Essential Oils are either organic or wildcrafted (gathered from plants that grow in the wild). Pilgrim Oils are sourced from locally owned farms around the world, and are then distilled, tested, and bottled in small batches in France.
Pilgrim Oils are pesticide free, which is also really important to us because we use them with our kids and families everyday!
Is there a yearly fee or a monthly minimum ?
There are no monthly or yearly fees. There are no monthly minimums. Buy what you use. We created Pilgrim to create a company without these arm twisting gimmicks.

We offer free 4-day shipping on all orders to the United States.
We also offer 2-day shipping with USPS. The exact fee is calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address.

What is the lifetime of the essential oils?
All our essential oils have a shelf life of at least 2 years - even longer when stored properly!
How/where should I store my essential oils?
Keep oils in a cool dry place. To avoid oxidation and moisture, keep the lid on the bottles when you are not using them.
Where do your oils come from?
Our oils are distilled and bottled in France. They are sourced across the world from local growers and harvesters and are guaranteed organic.
Can I use essential oils while pregnant?
If you are pregnant, please consult your physician before using any essential oils.

MATERIALS
What materials are used to make the aromatherapy diffusers?
Great question! We pride ourselves on providing quality and secure materials for all our diffusers. Teo, Sofia and Zoe feature handmade ceramic and glass covers and bases made of FSC-certified wood (Oak and Beech wood). Alpha and Eva are made of BPA-free PET.
What is this FSC certification?
We thought you might be curious! FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council. It guarantees that our suppliers promote environmentally safe, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests.
So, ALL the materials you use are environment friendly?
We wish the answer was yes. Unfortunately, due to lack of alternatives, some parts of the diffuser are made with Polyethylene terephthalate (PET). But don’t worry, we always make sure it’s BPA-free!
Ok, but what does BPA-free mean?
BPA stands for Bisphenol-A, a chemical used to produce plastic products. Unfortunately, it's been reported that BPA can leach from containers into liquids (and foods) and pose a potential health risk. Naturally, we chose not to use any in our products and guarantee all of them are BPA-free.
FUNCTIONALITIES
What is all this “alternative” and “adaptive” jargon?
Let's explain:
The “adaptive light” enables you to adjust the light to a low or high setting – allowing you to create the type of environment you prefer for your home.
The “adaptive mist” allows you to adapt the intensity of the mist output. Set the mist to a high or low volume as you please.
The “alternative mist mode” is a mist output setting of 30 seconds ON, 30 seconds OFF. All our diffusers have this setting option except for the Sofia. The Sofia’s only mist mode is: 2 minutes ON, 2 minutes OFF.
The “mediation light” is a light setting that creates the light intensity to repeatedly go slowly up and then down, simulating a relaxed breath pattern.
GENERAL
Where are the diffusers made?
Our diffusers are designed in Italy and assembled in China. Our assembly line is BSCI certified (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and is among ISO quality standards (International Organization for Standardization).
What’s included with my diffuser order?
All our diffusers come with user manuals for instructions and an adaptor. Additionally, the Zoe includes a remote control while the Sofia includes 2 glass reservoirs.
What happens if I break the cover or glass tank of my diffuser?
Don’t fret! Spare covers and glass reservoir replacements are available for purchase for USD 30. However, if damages are caused due to mishandling during transportation, we will offer a replacement, free of charge!
Is there any warranty on my diffuser?

How long will it take to get my package?
We ship within 1 to 3 business days. Depending on where you live, you will receive your package within 1 to 5 business days after we ship in the US or Canada. It typically takes 10-15 days for international shipping, but this will also vary depending on where you live.
How can I track my order ?
We ship your order within 1 to 3 business days of you placing your order. When we ship the order, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
Please note that it often takes the service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and then update the tracking information within their system. Rest assured that your order has shipped and is on its way to you! You should be able to see an update within 2 business days of shipment.
RETURNS
Can I return my product if I do not like it?
We hope this won’t be the case, but yes, if you are not satisfied with the product we have a 30-day return policy where you can receive a full refund on your order if you ordered in the USA or Canada.
If you live outside of USA or Canada, simply email us within 30 days of purchase, and we will authorize your full refund for your opened or unopened bottles. Shipping and duties paid by you.

What happens if I receive a broken device?
We’re sad, but don’t be. Please contact us at info@pilgrimcollection.com with your order ID number and a picture or video of the broken device so we can help issue you an exchange or a refund.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund is made through PayPal, expect up to 2-3 business days.
