The diffuser doesn’t turn on! I’ve contacted pilgrim 5 times and no one has responded to send me a return label.

I have just opened this today, and the globe was broken. Disappointed as my first one arrived intact. Now I start the process of returns, etc. which is so time consuming for me.

I diffuse this during my workday to keep me productive and positive. Love this exotic scent combo!

Teo is beautiful in every way and a joy to have in my home.

Let’s talk about this awesome company. I wrote a review about how I loved my Zoe but had a little leaking issue. The company wrote me back asking for me to send video of it running. I did and 2 weeks later I look on my porch and they have sent me a new Zoe. Works perfectly and I’m just amazed at how awesome this company is. Thank you so much.

I absolutely love my new diffuser, I have gathered a few over the last couple of years and this is definitely my favourite, with all the options. The one slight niggle is that if you have it set for two hours (for example), the light doesn’t turn off when the mist stops - unless I’m missing something?

Love this diffuser! It’s so lovely to look at and even better when its light is on. There are so many different permutations using the remote control and diffusing lasts for hours due to the bigger water compartment.
Get one, you won’t regret it!

I am an oil diffuser kind of person. I even have a portable one in the car. I own all sorts of diffuser, and Zoe is the BEST that I have owned. It’s powerful and it covers my home office (about 100 sq ft ) quite well. I have the diffuser on almost all day. The only thing that I noticed when I set it to diffuse for two hours, the two-hour indicator remains unlit. But that’s not enough for me to return it as I love, love this item.

I’m likely to get another one for the kitchen.

Nice but too pricy for what it is.

I was very excited to receive my Teo. It arrived and was very nice to look at, it did arrive with a small chip and the top was replaced immediately by Pilgrim. Since then the whole unit has stopped working after just a short couple of months. It still lights up, but no mist comes out and the water level never drops. VERY disappointed that I wasted my money.

My last diffuser gurgled, like, a lot. Zoe's much more silent and the scent just LASTS! Good stuff, highly recommended.

In love with the whole aesthetic! The mist was strong too and the tank's easy to clean.

Ordered the diffuser and oils months ago and was asked to leave a review...Never have received the order!

I love this Theo , exactly as I envisioned my diffuser. I was just hoping it could run 10 hours ( while I am up & about )

Is it possible to return this diffuser? I thought it had the ability to run overnight but I see it only has a 3 hour max. This is not going to work for me. Thanks!

I am so thrilled with my Teo diffuser. It was super easy to assemble. I was using it within minutes of it arriving. The mist is soothing. I am able to add as much or as little essential oil as I desire. The light is soft and peaceful. Overall, it provides a soothing, peaceful, and delightful experience. AND, it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend.

Zoe just came in from delivery and I have to say that it feels even more impressive than it looks! Insane capacity and it runs all day no prob.

I’m in the process of having an essential oil diffuser in every area of my home. I’m trying out various diffuser and, so far, I like TEO. It’s definitely has the nicest visual appeal!
