We pride ourselves on providing quality and secure materials for all our diffusers.
Our Zoe diffuser is crafted from FSC-certified (forest stewardship council) Oak wood and it’s frosted glass cover is carefully handmade. Plastic parts are all BPA-free PP.
• FSC Certification
We thought you might be curious! FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council. It guarantees that our suppliers promote environmentally safe, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world’s forests.
• Environment-Friendly Materials
We wish the answer was yes. Unfortunately, due to lack of alternatives, some parts of the diffuser are made with plastic. But don’t worry, we always make sure it’s BPA-free!
• BPA-free Plastics
BPA stands for Bisphenol-A, a chemical used to produce plastic products. Unfortunately, it's been reported that BPA can leach from containers into liquids (and foods) and pose a potential health risk. Naturally, we chose not to use any in our products and guarantee that all of them are BPA-free.
Diffuser functionalities
• Alternative Mist Mode
The “alternative mist mode” is a mist output setting of 30 seconds ON, 30 seconds OFF. This comes with adjustable timers of 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours and 4 hours durations along with an autostop function that turns the diffuser off once water runs out.
• Meditation Light
Zoe simulates a relaxed breathing pattern through the “mediation light”, which is a light setting that creates a light intensity pattern to repeatedly go slowly up and then down, mimicking a calm and meditative state of breathing.
• Dimmer
A dimmer button on the remote allows you to control your Zoe’s brightness levels. Whether you’d like to dim or increase the brightness, Zoe can easily replace your lamp.
General
• Designed in Italy.
Our diffusers are designed in Italy and assembled in China. Our assembly line is BSCI certified (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and is among ISO quality standards (International Organization for Standardization).
• Universal Adapter & Instructions Manual
All our diffusers come with user manuals. We also provide an international adaptor that is compatible with US/CA/UK/EU/AU plugs.
• Spare Covers & Replacements
Don’t fret! Spare covers and glass reservoir replacements are available for purchase for USD 30.
• 1-year Warranty

SHIPPING
• World-wide Shipping
We ship internationally! We offer free 4-day shipping to the contiguous United States for all orders, while shipping costs and import taxes will be calculated at checkout for orders outside the US.
RETURNS
• 30-day Return Policy & Refund
We hope this won’t be the case, but yes, if you are not satisfied with the product we have a 30-day return policy where you can receive a full refund on your order. Please send us an email at info@pilgrimcollection.com if you decide you’d like to return your order. If the item received is broken, please contact us at info@pilgrimcollection.com with your order ID number and a picture or video of the broken device so we can help issue you an exchange or a refund. Credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund is made through PayPal, expect up to 2-3 business days.
